Prior to its purchase, the property was divided into five separate and independently owned apartments.

DECIMUS IDENTIFIED THE POTENTIAL TO CONVERT THE WHOLE BUILDING, INCLUDING THE FREEHOLD AND GARAGES, INTO A SINGLE RESIDENCE OF MORE THAN 1,300 SQ. M.

The addition of basement floors was included in the planning permission and presented significant structural engineering challenges throughout the renovation process.

The interior design was carried out by Mike Fisher of Studio Indigo, one of the leading designers of prime residences in West London.
